Changes to rewards

Hello everyone,

Due to the delivery and transaction costs involved in processing various rewards, we have had to make some changes to our reward options, which you can now see in the Rewards Centre.

The number of points required for PayPal, Eftpos and Visa cards has increased. The minimum thresholds for Eftpos and Visa cards have also increased, but there now are two different redemption options for each of these rewards.

On the other hand, we have reduced the number of points required to redeem e-gift card rewards. As you know, GiftPay has long been available at a discount of 1000 points. We have now extended this discount to the Bunnings, Wish, Caltex, BWS, Rebel Sport and Xbox Live options as well. Anaconda, JB Hi-Fi and Spotify e-gift cards have also been discounted by 500 points.

We understand that it may take some time to adjust to these changes and we hope you understand why these changes are necessary. We encourage you to redeem the e-gift card options to benefit from the discounts, and you won’t need to wait 6 weeks to receive these rewards as they take less time for us to process.
