A Toluna tip for Gmail users

Hello members,

Are you having difficulty finding emails from Toluna in your email inbox? If you are using Gmail, be sure to check the Promotions tab and move Toluna emails into your Primary tab.  Here’s how:

1. When viewing your inbox, the default will be on the Primary tab. Simply click on the third tab named Promotions.

2. While in your Promotions tab, simply select an email from Toluna and drag and drop it into the Primary tab. Then click “Yes” so that you will start receiving Toluna messages in your Primary tab.

3. Alternatively, instead of dragging and dropping the email from Promotions to Primary, you can instead right click, select “Move to tab”, and finally select “Primary”.
