Community Spotlight: Aussie getaways

Dear Members,

Welcome to the latest Community Spotlight feature*. We’re sorry we haven’t posted one of these in the last two weeks, but we’ve still kept track of all the great content posted by our community members. A recent post by gypsynomad caught our attention, and had us wondering what we would do if we won a 4 week holiday to any destination in Australia. Feel free to add your comments here.

gypsynomad – a swag, a tent, a 4×4 and for company, a woman who would appreciate going off road, and seeing some very unique sights… then, a quite drive around the Kimberlies {still on my bucket list}… turn left for a couple of blocks till you hit Tassie {never been there} and round that off with a couple of nights in a 6 star hotel to be pampered…

diann09 – check out the snow 🙂

melda_plenty – Broome and all of Western Australia

tonylanderspt – quiet town either near quiet beach or tropical rainforest style area and just explore and relax 🙂

We’re very lucky that there are so many diverse environments for us to visit and explore in this country of ours. Hopefully you’ll have the chance to go to all these places in the near future. Let us know your idea of the perfect Aussie getaway.
