Product Test Issue
Dear Members,
We are currently experiencing technical issues with Product Test registration. Although you can register for product tests, as usual, a message appears following registration indicating that you have earned 30 points. Unfortunately, this is not the case as you do not receive a reward for signing up to test a product. If selected, however, you’ll be able to keep whatever product you have been chosen to test.
Please know that we apologise for this inconvenience and our IT team is currently working to fix this error.
Once again, registration has not been affected by this issue so we hope you continue to try out our new products and are lucky enough to test one soon!
