Update on Log-in Issues and exciting rewards news!
Dear Toluna Members,
Firstly we would like to thank you all for your patience whilst the recent log-in issues were being investigated. Due to a problem with the automatic passwords being sent from the homepage, we are aware that some of you had been unable to access your accounts for some time, but we can assure you that the issue is now fixed.
You can now request passwords using the link on the homepage, and should then be able to log in as usual. However, if you are still unable to access your account, or if you have requested a new password and not received it, please don’t hesitate to contact our Helpdesk so that we can sort this out for you.
As a result of recent feedback and some helpful suggestions from members, we would also like to let you know that we are currently investigating the possibility of increasing the range of reward options available in Australia. We will update you as soon as we have some exciting new reward partners confirmed, so check back soon!
