New update on recent issues

As promised we have brought news with updates regarding the problems that you are so concerned about.

Above all, we would like to reassure you once again that no information from your accounts has been lost and everything is correctly stored in our data base.

Our Engineering Department is working hard to fix all the glitches and mismatches that were produced on the site and they would like to update you with the following information:

• Content popularity bonuses: this issue has been 99% fixed! If any of you exceptionally still experience these issues please inform us about it.

• Login problems and Missing points: these issues are very nearly resolved and will be completely solved for all members in the next coming days.

• Account data wrongly displayed : this issue has been fixed!

• +80 words opinions: All members will receive their points once this issue is completely fixed within one week.

• Problem on registration and Screened out on Surveys : being a more complex issue we are currently investigating and evaluating all the aspects that may produce this.
